Hong Kong Public Affairs & Social Service Society (HKPASS)

What we’re all about

'HKPASS' signifies the Hong Kong Public Affairs and Social Service Society, and has established in succession throughout several UK universities, including LSE, the founder, and has since recently expanded to several top UK universities.

Leeds HKPASS, founded in 2018, is a non-profit making, student-led society. As the name suggests, we aim to establish a platform to raise awareness on public issues, as well as to inspire a notion of community service amongst students in Leeds. The Leeds HKPASS’s objective is to promote concern, interest and discussion among students regarding the social, economic and political affairs of Hong Kong, China and other parts of the world, and to promote social involvement by organizing volunteer work experience.

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the school year 2018/2019 will be held on 27 March 2019. Come to see what the society has done this year and vote for our 2019/2020 committees! Please check Leeds HKPASS Facebook page for more details.
