The University Halls of Residence are where most students will start their adventure in Leeds.
Whilst in Halls you can enjoy free food events, nights out, day trips and loads more organised for you by a team of student volunteers called the Hall Exec.
Find out more about the different Halls below, as well as the Hall Exec committees and upcoming events. You can also find lots more details on specific halls, as well as information on how to apply on the Unversity's accommodation pages here.
The Halls Social Programme aims to give every student living in halls the chance to meet and socialise with fellow residents through events and activities that create a friendly community in Halls. The programme is led by the Residence Life Team, the Residence Programme Coordinator, site staff and students who provide lots of activities and support throughout the year.
The Hall Exec is a group of student volunteers who are recruited to lead their Hall throughout the year, putting on a variety of events from film nights and FIFA tournaments, through to spectacular masquerade balls. They're given a budget, training and support, and are vital to the success of the programme.
